PER JOAKIM AGRELL
Senior associate of the company, Dr. Per Agrell has been
an active researcher and consultant within performance measurement, regulation and risk management since 1991.
He has been written numerous papers, book chapters and contributions to scientific conference proceedings, and also given

RESEARCH INTERESTS
Productivity Analysis and Performance Measurement
Development of measures and benchmarks for assessment of operational efficiency, using non-accounting economic indicators and physical data. Generalized convexity approaches and analogies between planning theory and performance measurement. Regulatory design using DEA and agency theory, in particular applications to the electricity sector.
Industrial Organization
Modelling and studies of producer cooperatives from a managerial and micro-economic viewpoint. Applications of game theory and market theory to cooperatives operating under imperfect competition.
Energy network regulation
Analysis and modelling of energy network regulation models for distribution and transmission in electricity, gas, district heating, general or econometric modelling.
